The mission of The Arc of Camden County is to collaborate with and enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities and our community. It is our philosophy that all people have strengths and talents, and people should be valued for their abilities rather than judged on their disabilities. All services emphasize the development of each individual’s potential to the fullest extent possible.

Jessica Scott,
Director of Employment Services.
Jessica is a Certified Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor with over 5 years of experience working in Supported Employment. She is additionally certified as a TWE/CBWE evaluator. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Psychology Degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick where she has experience working with a variety of differently abled individuals including assisting with cognitive assessments working within the JFK Hospital Brain Trauma Unit. Jessica manages the ACES Employment Network for the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program and an active member of NENA, the National Employment Network Association. Jessica sits on the committees of the New Jersey APSE Membership and Outreach committee, the Workforce Readiness Committee of Tri-State SHRM, and the Abilities Committee for Camden County Workforce Development Board.
Meghan Lynn,
Employment Network Manager
Meghan Lynn is the Employment Network Manager for the Arc of Camden County. Meghan has dedicated her career to serving those with disabilities for over fifteen years. She spent the last decade of her career serving as management for an upscale retail store working to improve their diversity program. She developed a training to help leaders navigate through serving those who have different abilities. She also developed a mentor program that allowed people with different abilities to cross train and take on new positions in the company.
Meghan spends her time outside of work volunteering for a nonprofit that helps with early childhood invention. After her sibling was diagnosed with autism at an early age, she knew she wanted a career dedicated to serving adults and children with different abilities. She joined the Arc of Camden County last year and has spent time as an Employment Specialist.
Meghan received her BA in History and Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. Meghan has also recently joined APSE and is a member of the National ASPE Membership Development Committee.
Benefits Counselors
Our Certified Community Partner Work Incentives Counselors are experts in providing information on the affects of work on individuals Social Security, Federal, State, and Local benefits. Our counselors must complete extensive courses to obtain their certifications through Virginia Commonwealth University or Cornel University. These counselors are well versed in the verification, general consultation, and full analysis of client’s benefit information.
Our Employment Specialists
Our employment specialists have gone through and passed extensive government clearance background checks in order to have the privilege of working with our consumers. We train our specialists through the Rutgers Boggs Center Employment Specialist trainings along with a multitude of additional and continuing education trainings. Each coach offers a unique and individualized approach towards the employment services we offer. With our open and direct communication policy, our coaches are easily accessible to their clients during business hours to ensure the services we provide are always following best practice standards.
